Guitarist- Sean Williamson
As if my retro-fitted active Stratocaster wasn't enough, I decided to
take things up a notch with a one-of-a-kind guitar built by Dave
Bunker. In the likeness of the guitars built for Trey Anastasio
with subtle changes here and there, I think this one would even make Paul
Languedoc jealous. Dave took his own prototype maple body and neck
and concocted a creation that I now call, "the singing sword."
Aside from the outstanding playability and looks of this archtop
hollowbody, the cutting articulation and balanced, defined tone are just
as impressive. The solid carved top and back, the tension-free
neck, and unique Brazilian rosewood tailpiece design all add up to one
happy guitar player.
